This policy describes the personal data that UGC Pocket collects, the purposes and legal bases for processing it, its recipients, and your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). The data controller is LOGICS STUDIO, 78 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris (see the full legal notices on the Terms page).
The categories of data below correspond to the information actually recorded in our systems when you use the service.
When you use the brief analysis feature (generation of campaign suggestions), the text of the brief you enter is transmitted to our processor fal.ai, which runs a language model to produce structured suggestions. The brief may contain the information you enter into it; do not include sensitive personal data. No decision producing legal effects is made in a fully automated manner: the suggestions must be validated by a human.
Your data is never sold. It is accessible to our technical processors, acting on instruction and under agreements compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR:
Some processors may process data outside the European Union; where applicable, these transfers are framed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Account data is retained for as long as the account is active. After account deletion, it is erased or anonymized, subject to the retention periods required by law (notably accounting and tax requirements for financial movements).
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to define post-mortem directives.
Account deletion. You can delete your account and the associated data directly from the app, in Profile → Settings → Delete my account. This action triggers the erasure of your data within the applicable legal limits. Detailed instructions are available on the Support page.
To exercise your rights or for any question relating to your data, write to the data controller (LOGICS STUDIO) at support@ugcpocket.com. No data protection officer (DPO) has been appointed, as this appointment is not mandatory in view of our activity (Art. 37 GDPR).
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL): 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07: www.cnil.fr.
