Need help with UGC Pocket? This page gathers the ways to reach us and the most common procedures: reporting content, blocking a user or deleting your account.

Write to us for any question about your account, a campaign, a payment or a technical issue. We reply in English and French.

Report content or behavior

We apply zero tolerance toward objectionable content and abusive behavior.

Report processing time: 24 hours.

  1. In the app, open the content, profile or message concerned.
  2. Tap the "…" icon (menu) then "Report".
  3. Select the reason and confirm. You can also write to support@ugcpocket.com specifying the item concerned.

Block a user

  1. Open the profile of the user concerned.
  2. Tap the "…" icon (menu) then "Block".
  3. The blocked user will no longer be able to contact you or interact with your content. You can unblock at any time from the same page.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and the associated data directly from the app:

  1. Open Profile → Settings.
  2. Tap "Delete my account".
  3. Confirm. Deletion erases your data within the applicable legal limits (see the privacy policy).

If you cannot access the app, write to support@ugcpocket.com from your account's email address to request deletion.
