Youdji vs Moggo: pricing, fees and usage rights in 2026

Published 30 September 2026 · by UGC Pocket · ~11 min read

TL;DR

Youdji and Moggo both get you UGC video files made by creators, but they charge in opposite ways. Youdji is a marketplace with no mandatory subscription and 0% commission for brands: each creator sets a price, you negotiate, and usage rights are agreed order by order. Moggo sells at a fixed price, from €99 excl. VAT per video, with a 2-year licence for ads and organic included. Pick Youdji for flexibility and languages, Moggo for a price you know before you start. Both sites were checked on 30 September and 1 October 2026. Disclosure: we run UGC Pocket, a competing platform with a different model, covered at the end.

Youdji in 30 seconds

Youdji is a UGC marketplace published by Finller, a company registered in Paris, according to its legal notice. You browse creator profiles, which show a portfolio, rates and equipment, then present your project, “negotiate the terms, and receive a personalized offer”. Once you accept, every order follows the same steps: payment, contract signing, instructions, product shipping, delivery, approval and reviews.

Moggo in 30 seconds

Moggo is a French UGC platform published by VY SOCIAL LAB, based in Lyon, according to its terms. Its logic is the reverse of Youdji's: Moggo sets the price, and every creator accepts it. You post a project for free, matching creators apply, and you pick the ones you want. Moggo targets e-commerce brands, mobile apps and agencies.

Moggo's home page counts the 7 days from the creator receiving the product; its terms (section 6.1) count them from the validation of the brief. Prices change: check both sites before you order.

One detail on commission: Youdji's 20% is paid by the creator, so it sits inside the rate the creator quotes you. Moggo does not display what share of its price goes to the creator.

Usage rights: where the real difference lies

Price per video is easy to compare. Rights are where two videos at the same price can be worth very different amounts, especially as paid ads.

On Youdji, rights are negotiated

Youdji's terms leave it to the brand and the creator to set the territory, duration and media of the rights transfer (section 9). Use of the videos is limited to what the order or contract specifies, and any later or different use requires a new agreement. The same terms forbid using the videos to train an AI system, or altering the creator's face or voice with AI, without the creator's prior written consent.

In practice, a low rate may cover organic posting only. Before you order, write down the platforms, the duration and whether paid ads are included.

On Moggo, rights are packaged

Moggo's terms grant you a licence of two years, worldwide, starting when you validate the video (section 7.2). At the end, Moggo contacts you to extend it for another two years against an additional fee to be agreed. During those two years, the creator cannot use the content commercially without your agreement.

In practice, you know what you get; plan the renewal if a video still performs after two years. For the vocabulary (organic, paid, whitelisting, Spark Ads), read our guide to UGC usage rights and whitelisting, and our UGC contract guide for the clauses to check.

Is Youdji legit?

Full disclosure: UGC Pocket competes with Youdji. So rather than an opinion, here are facts you can check.

For Youdji reviews, read independent review sites and ask Youdji for references in your sector. The same checks apply to Moggo, whose payments also go through Stripe. One clause to know there: if a video follows the brief, Moggo's terms (section 9.4) rule out a credit note for mere dissatisfaction, and any credit comes as platform credits, not a refund.

And “Moggo AI”?

People search for “Moggo AI”, so here is what moggo.fr shows on 30 September 2026. The home page and the pricing page present no AI product. Videos are made by human creators, who must pass a video test checked by hand by Moggo's team before they can join.

What the site does offer is three free tools, listed under an “Outils gratuits” (free tools) menu marked “New”: a TikTok hook generator, a UGC video idea generator and an ad description generator. Two of these pages invite you to “laissez l'IA Moggo vous proposer des concepts […]” (let Moggo's AI suggest concepts). On the site, “Moggo AI” is an idea tool, not an AI video generator.

If you are after fully AI-generated videos, that is a different category with its own trade-offs, which we cover in AI UGC vs real creators.

The two are not exclusive. A brand can order fixed-price batches on one and look for a rare profile or language on the other.

For creators: how each one pays

Some of these searches come from creators. The short version:

If you want views rather than files

Youdji and Moggo end the same way: you receive a video file, then post it or run it as an ad yourself. In another model, creators publish the videos on their own TikTok and Instagram accounts and the campaign is judged on views. It is not unique to us: Billo offers “Organic posting” on creator profiles, and Clipstack bills on “les vues réelles” (actual views), both checked 30 September 2026.

This is the model UGC Pocket, published by LOGICS STUDIO in Paris, is built on:

Pricing is from €2,000 per campaign, no subscription, price and terms set out in the commercial proposal. Nothing is billed by an AI agent or before acceptance: an AI agent can only prepare a campaign draft, which you then confirm (see for AI agents). Our core target is software, apps, services and training.

UGC Pocket is not the right choice if you want to test a few videos, need raw files quickly, sell a physical product that needs unboxing, or have a budget under €2,000. In those cases, Moggo or Youdji will serve you better. The deciding question

Files or views?
