All your questions about UGC Pocket.
UGC Pocket is a UGC video marketplace: you set a budget per creator (€50 to €2000), choose from 1 to 50 specialized creators, receive the videos within days, and only pay on approval. Here are the detailed answers, for brands and for creators.
Pricing, timelines, rights and payment.
How much does a UGC campaign cost?
You set the budget per creator (from €50 to €2000) and the number of creators (1 to 50). Total budget = budget per creator × number of creators. No subscription: you only pay when you approve the videos. See the budget calculator →
Is there a subscription or hidden fees?
No. No subscription, no monthly fee. You only pay for approved videos, at the budget you set.
When am I charged?
On approval of the videos. Nothing is charged until you've approved the delivery. The trigger can be publishing or views, depending on the chosen package.
How long does it take to receive the videos?
Usually within a few days after selecting the creators, versus several weeks with an agency. The timeline depends on the number of creators and the complexity of the brief.
Who owns the rights to the videos?
It depends on the package: UGC only (video delivered for your own use), Video + post (the creator publishes on their accounts), or Post provided (you supply the video). The rights are specified in the brief.
What are the three packages?
UGC only: the creator films and delivers the video to you. Video + post: the creator films AND publishes on their own social accounts. Post provided: you supply the video, the creator publishes it. Package details →
Which creator categories are available?
Seven categories: dog, cat, auto, cooking, couple, business and podcast. The platforms covered are TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and Facebook.
How are creators chosen?
You choose them yourself, filtered by category, platform and rating. No creator is imposed on you: you stay in control from start to finish.
Do I need a big budget to start?
No. You can launch a campaign with a single creator at €50, with no commitment. Many brands test small, then scale up what works.
What if a video doesn't suit me?
You can request a revision before approving. Since payment is only triggered on approval, you take no risk on a delivery that doesn't match the brief. See revision cases →
Is payment secure?
Nothing is charged without your approval. The creator is paid once the video is approved; their bank-transfer withdrawal is processed within 5 business days.
Is the brief really AI-generated?
You write your need in free text and the AI structures it into a campaign (goals, categories, platforms, suggested budget). You stay in control: it's a starting point you adjust. How it works →
Becoming a creator, getting paid, withdrawing.
Do you need followers to become a UGC creator?
No. UGC is about the quality of the content, not the audience. You can start with a smartphone, with no community. Become a creator →
How am I paid, and how long does it take?
Your balance becomes available once the video is approved by the brand. The bank-transfer withdrawal is then processed within 5 business days.
How do I choose my campaigns?
You choose the campaigns that match your world (dog, cooking, auto, business…) and your style. You're never required to accept a brief.
What equipment do I need?
A recent smartphone is enough for most campaigns. Good lighting and a clean vertical 9:16 framing already make a difference.
What happens if the brand requests a revision?
You receive the points to adjust (message, tone, missing shot) and you send back the corrected version. Payment is triggered once the video is approved.
Do I have to publish the video on my accounts?
It depends on the package: with UGC only, you just deliver; with Video + post or Post provided, you publish on your social accounts. This is specified in the brief before you accept.
Ordering via an AI agent.
Can an AI agent order a campaign?
Yes, via the REST API (https://ugcpocket.com/api) or the MCP server (https://ugcpocket.com/mcp). The order creates a draft that the brand must confirm and fund; no payment is automatic. Agent documentation →
Is there a risk of automatic payment?
No. The model is "draft confirmed by a human": an agent can prepare a campaign, but it's the brand that confirms and funds it. Nothing is charged automatically.
How do I authenticate the API?
With a key in the ugcp_live_… format, passed in the Authorization: Bearer header. The details are in the agent documentation.
